Past Work:

As a specialist in learner-centric instruction, Tamra created and renovated several education programs – including fully accredited schools; spearheaded projects for trauma recovery and serving at-risk youth; and oversaw the instructional design process for parent and teacher workshops in neurodiversity awareness. Her work included K-12 public and private schools, vocational education, and college programs. She also helped hundreds of parents explore and design education options for their children, including homeschooling. She wrote, spoke at conferences, gave interviews, and mentored others in creating their own contributions in the field.

Tamra’s current interest areas are:

  • Neurodiversity awareness and advocacy (always!)
  • Artificial Intelligence –  subtopics of ethics, education, academic integrity, and change management
  • Philosophy of perception
  • Healthcare for rural and underserved areas

In addition to the above, personal interests include ecocritism, animal welfare (especially ferrets), and learning to actually use the arts and crafts supplies instead of just collecting them.

This particular website is for sharing personal updates to family, friends, and acquaintances – including those who said they needed a regular “ferret fix.” For professional connections, please visit Tamra’s LinkedIn Profile. You can also message Tamra though LinkedIn.
